Links to 2012 Summer Music Programs
The February 2012 issue of In Tune offers an overview of the many opportunities you'll find for summer music programs. You'll find camps, college-based programs, and other ways to have fun while improving your musicianship. As a service, we've listed links to some well known camps to help you get a jump on your summer music-making.
MySummerCamps.com is a good starting point for finding camps of all kinds. It lets you search by region, activity, gender, and camp type. But get started soon: there are more than 15,000 camps in their database (though music camps are only one type of the camps listed). Kids Camps breaks down camps by state, making it easy to find something in your region (or in your family's preferred vacation destination).
