American Idol Shakeup!!

TMZ reports this morning that in the wake of Ellen DeGeneres’ resignation from American Idol yesterday, Kara DioGuardi has been fired. Judge replacement names have been rumored all summer, but the latest names include: Jennifer Lopez (Associated Press) and Steven Tyler (Gossip.com).

While nothing is in stone, announcements should be made relatively quickly as tryouts for next season have been underway since July 17.

Randy Jackson seems to be the only judge survivor!
